Welcome to Top Elite Movers ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our moving services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", "your") and us. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

1.1 Scope of Services: We provide residential and commercial moving services, which include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of your belongings. Specific services and details will be outlined in your moving contract.

1.2 Service Limitations: Certain items, such as hazardous materials, perishable goods, and valuables (e.g., jewelry, cash), may be excluded from our services. Please refer to our "Prohibited Items" section for more details.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

2.1 Booking: To schedule a move, you must provide us with all required information, including the date, time, and locations of the move.

2.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated total cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled move date. Failure to pay the deposit by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2.3 Changes and Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your move by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in our fee schedule.

2.4 Refunds: Any refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our refund policy, which may involve deducting applicable fees. Please note that you must request a refund within 48 hours of the cancellation to be eligible.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Pricing: Our pricing is based on factors such as the size of the move, distance, and additional services requested. An estimate will be provided before the move, and any changes will be communicated and approved by you.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and cash.

3.3 Late Fees: A late fee may be charged for payments not received within 2 days of the due date.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Preparation: You are responsible for preparing your belongings for the move, including packing items securely and labeling boxes. We may offer packing services for an additional fee.

4.2 Access: Ensure that access to both the pickup and delivery locations is clear and unobstructed. Any additional charges for accessing hard-to-reach areas or navigating obstacles may apply.

4.3 Inventory: Please provide us with a complete and accurate inventory of all items to be moved. We will not be responsible for any items that are not included in the inventory list. Additionally, if there are items not listed and require extra handling, additional charges may apply.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Damage and Loss: Our liability for loss or damage to your belongings is limited as outlined in your moving contract. We offer insurance options to cover potential damages or losses, which can be purchased separately.

5.2 Insurance Option: We offer insurance options to cover potential damages or losses. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any compensation for loss, damage, or theft of your belongings, nor for any damage to the walls of your house.

6. Prohibited Items

6.1 Hazardous Materials: We do not transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to flammable, explosive, or toxic substances.

6.2 Perishable Goods: We do not handle perishable items, such as food and plants, unless previously agreed upon.

6.3 Valuables: We recommend that valuable items be transported separately or handled by a specialized moving service.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Complaints: Any disputes or complaints regarding our services should be directed to our customer service department. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

7.2 Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. The arbitration process will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.

8. Amendments

8.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.

8.2 Review: We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
